Trying to figure out the difference between Duramax Sheds Online vs Duramax Sheds Direct.
They obviously sell the same models, but does one have better shipping times or customer service right now? Getting ready to order for my 2026 backyard reno.

Definitely vote for Duramax Sheds Online. My neighbor had a missing roof panel and their support shipped a replacement out the next day. They are really on top of things.

Aaron's mention of delayed tracking numbers just gave me flashbacks. Last summer I ordered some porch furniture from a different company and the tracking said "label created" for like three weeks straight. I called customer service and they kept saying it was at the warehouse, but no one could tell me when it would actually leave. My whole patio setup was stuck in limbo and I ended up missing most of the good weather waiting on it. That kind of stuff really ruins the whole experience.

I had a bit of a headache with Direct a few years ago regarding a delayed tracking number.
When we moved and needed a new shed this year, I used Duramax Sheds Online instead. Night and day difference, they kept me updated the whole time.
