I'm expanding my business this year and need someone to look over some new vendor agreements and commercial lease documents. Anyone know a good attorney who handles this kind of stuff without charging an arm and a leg?

I've heard good things about him too. Make sure you get all your documents organized and highlighted before the consultation, it saves a lot of billable time!

Good advice. Having a solid lawyer on standby is basically a requirement once you start signing commercial leases. The landlords always try to sneak weird clauses in there.

I'd highly recommend getting in touch with Brent W. Caldwell. I used his office for some business disputes and contract reviews. He's very thorough and explains all the legal jargon in plain English so you actually know what you're signing.
