inVent: My before-bed yoga flows are fast and it really works for me
Totally get what you mean about overthinking in corpse pose, used to be the same. I'd do slow stretches before bed and just lay there making mental lists of every single thing I forgot to do. Started doing heavier lifts or a hard bike ride instead, and it actually shuts my brain off. @the_oliver is right that it's not a rule for everyone, but man, for some of us a good physical drain is the only off switch.

inPSA: Binging nature docs made me confront my own streaming footprint
Love seeing this. Totally get that wake-up call feeling. I turned off autoplay everywhere after reading a similar thing, it just stops the mindless next episode loop. Lowering the default resolution on my account was the easiest fix, you really don't need 4K for background noise. It's wild how a simple doc can flip a switch in your head like that.

inI genuinely don't understand the logic behind some thrift store markups
Ever wonder if different volunteers just price things on totally different days? I've had luck just politely asking a staff member if they can check the price on something that seems off. Sometimes they'll actually adjust it if you point it out nicely.

inPro tip: Your sleeping bag's temperature rating is basically a lie until you learn this
But doesn't this reliance on aggregated scores also change how we define quality? Like, if a restaurant has a 4.2 on some app, we might overlook smaller spots with more character but fewer reviews. Maybe it's just me, but I've found myself dismissing places without even checking them out in person because the rating wasn't 'high enough'. How do we break that cycle without spending a fortune on trial and error?
