inChanged invoice terms and my late payments dropped 40% in one quarter
Did you ever stop and think the discount is just eating your margin while the real fix was the late fee? You cut your own pay by 2% on every single invoice just to speed up cash flow, and that adds up fast on steady work. If a $35 fee was enough to wake that one guy up, why not just slap the fee on everyone from day one and keep your full rate? Feels like you solved a discipline problem by paying clients to behave.

inSo I tested a trick from a YouTube comment: I replied to a brand's tone deaf apology with just a link to their old ad, and their account went private in 40 minutes
The part nobody talks about is timing. 9pm EST Tuesday means the social team is off the clock and the only person who can unlock that account is asleep or gone for the day. Post that same link at 10am on a Wednesday and you get a quote tweet war instead of a meltdown, because someone is paid to sit there and react. The overnight window is what makes it hit so hard, they wake up to a mess with no plan and just yank the whole account. Try a Friday evening next time, you get the same panic but with two dead days on top.

inThat Thursday in March when 4 banned ads dropped in one day and mods could not keep up
Wait, the diaper ad was the one that got pulled first? I could have sworn the crypto one in the UK went down before that because I remember seeing the fake testimonial screenshots super early in the morning my time. But honestly that whole day was such a blur that I might be mixing it up with a different week. Four banned ads in one day is actually insane though, I don't think we've had a day that wild since. The beer spot with the kid scene was the one that really got me, like how did that even make it past the first round of approvals. Half the links being dead by dinner was the worst part because you'd click on a thread and just get nothing.
