Honestly, the week my cousin's kid went viral for crying over a dropped ice cream cone was the weirdest time for our whole family.
Tbh, that video getting 8 million views in 48 hours meant random people were showing up at their house in Akron, and news trucks blocked their street for three days straight, which was honestly kind of scary for a 4-year-old who just wanted his dessert back.

Man, that's wild. I used to think going viral was just fun and games, like a quick laugh online. But hearing about news trucks and strangers showing up at the house? That's next level. It really shows how something silly can flip a family's whole life upside down in a day, especially for a little kid. Changes how you see those videos.

Remember that kid from the "David after Dentist" video years ago. His dad said the local news helicopters were circling their house. It stops being fun when you can't leave your own home without cameras in your face. A lot of those old viral kid videos came before people really understood the long term cost. The family might get a quick check, but the child has to live with that clip forever.
