My sister's viral sleep hack post has her getting offers she never expected

Last month, my sister posted a short clip of her nighttime routine to help with sleeplessness. She just shared it on her small Instagram account, thinking a few friends might see it. Somehow, it got picked up by a big wellness page and now has over five million views. She's a regular person, a teacher, and suddenly she's getting messages from mattress companies and sleep app brands wanting to work with her. It's been a whirlwind for her, and she's really anxious about all the attention. She told me she feels pressured to keep posting content, but it's not what she wanted. I'm trying to help her figure out how to manage this without losing herself. Has anyone here dealt with a loved one going viral unexpectedly? How did you support them through it?

Guess the real insomnia cure is avoiding viral fame. Hope she at least got a free mattress out of it.

Remember that guy Mattress Mack from Houston? He went viral during hurricane Harvey for opening his stores as shelters. That attention actually helped his business a ton and funded more charity work. Viral fame isn't always a bad deal, it depends on how you handle it. Some people use the platform to do real good or boost their cause. The insomnia part comes from the weirdos in the comments, not the fame itself.
