DAE know Meta quietly kills your ad after 3 days if your CTR dips below 1%?
I run ads for my shop and always figured a slow week was just a slow week. Then last Tuesday a guy in a Facebook group for local service ads posted a screenshot from his account manager showing the exact cutoff, and I went back through my own numbers from March and saw the same thing, 4 campaigns all dropped off right around day 3 when CTR slid under 1%. I switched two of them to a lower daily budget with a wider audience and both kept running past day 5, which never happened before. Not saying it's a magic fix, but I want to know if anyone else has watched their reach tank right after that 72 hour mark.
Did you happen to catch what his account manager actually said the cutoff was based on, was it 3 days total or 3 days after the last edit? I went back and checked mine too and saw something almost the same, two campaigns that died on day 3 with CTR sitting right at 0.9%. I dropped the budget on one and widened the radius and it lasted 6 days, which is a record for me. Could be noise, could be real, but it lines up way too close for me to ignore.
