Update: A client's blunt email about our old contract template made me rewrite the whole thing.

They wrote 'this indemnity clause reads like it was drafted in 2005' which was true, so I spent last week updating all our service agreements with clearer language and modern terms.

Wait the client actually pointed out a missing safety warning label on the product photo. That's a huge deal they caught that before it went to print. Could have been a massive problem if someone got hurt and we shipped it like that. They really did just save a ton of future trouble for free, no joke.
