Appreciation post: I just blew $150 on an AI writing tool that kept giving me the same three article ideas over and over.
I needed fresh content for my blog and the demo looked great, but after paying for the full version, every single prompt I tried just cycled back to 'The Future of Remote Work', 'Top 10 Marketing Tips', and 'Why Blockchain Matters' like it was stuck in a loop.

Ugh that's so frustrating, it's like they only trained it on the most generic business blog posts from 2018. I had a tool do something similar where every single suggestion involved "synergy" or "disrupting the industry." You pay for the full thing expecting it to get smarter, not just recycle the same tired ideas. Feels like a total waste of money.

Forget the buzzwords, @the_charlie. The real problem is these tools just copy the structure of old posts. I asked for a fresh take on a simple topic, and it gave me the same intro, three bullet points, and a call to action every single time. It's not just boring, it makes everything you make with it sound exactly the same as everyone else's stuff. You're paying for a copy machine, not a creative tool.

Ever notice how everything's a template now?
