ChatGPT wrote a better dental recall letter than I did in 20 minutes

I was drafting a reminder letter for patients overdue on cleanings, something I've done for years. Took me 45 minutes and it still sounded stiff. On a whim I pasted the basic info into ChatGPT asking for a friendlier tone. It nailed it in 20 seconds, kept all the important dates and even added a line about coffee stains which honestly got two patients to book. I'm not gonna pretend I'm not a little weirded out. Has anyone else used AI for boring office stuff and felt weirdly replaced but also relieved?
