I just ruined a perfectly good pork tenderloin because of a bad air fryer recipe I found online
The recipe said to cook it at 400 degrees for 25 minutes, and it came out so dry I could barely chew it (like, I'm talking sawdust dry). I had to throw the whole thing out, which was about $14 worth of meat. I should have known better than to trust a random blog that didn't even mention using a meat thermometer. What's a good internal temp for pork tenderloin in the air fryer, anyway?

Fourteen dollars worth of meat is a tough loss.
