My sister said my air fryer chicken was too dry
She came over for dinner last Tuesday and told me straight up the chicken breasts I made were like eating cardboard. I was just doing 20 minutes at 400 degrees on the default setting. Now I drop the temp to 375 and only cook them for 15 minutes, plus a quick spray of oil. What other tricks do you guys use to keep chicken from drying out?

Yeah, a quick wipe down after each use made a huge difference for mine.
