Why does nobody talk about torque seal vs safety wire on turbine bleed valves?
Last week on a PT6 hot section in Tulsa I went with torque seal on the bleed valve bolts instead of safety wire like our shop's older guys swear by, and now I'm second guessing whether that was the right call since the last one I safety wired took twice as long.

Torque seal always wins until it doesn't, ask my last annual.
