Switched my HVAC filter service after 8 years with the same company
I used to just call the same place on Lomas every spring and let them handle the whole AC tune-up, no questions asked. Last month my unit started rattling and they quoted me $680 for a part I found online for $140. I switched to a smaller outfit up in Rio Rancho for the repair and they also found a duct leak the old crew missed. Has anyone else had luck dumping a long-time contractor for a newer service because of price creep?
