Just realized I can actually follow the cooking debates in anime chats now

Used to feel totally lost when they talked about recipes from shows. Now I get it, and it's kinda cool.

Get that feeling completely. Had the same click with fishing terms in anime last year. Makes the whole thing way more fun to watch.

Happens with any hobby once you learn the lingo.

But @evan_wilson18, all those special words can push away beginners and make it less fun.
