My sub count dropped by 200 overnight and I have no clue why
I run a small anime review channel and last Tuesday I lost 200 subscribers in less than 24 hours. I didn't post anything controversial or change my style at all. Has anyone else had a random purge like this and figured out what caused it?

Oh man, that sucks. Maybe it's just me but I've noticed YouTube sometimes does these weird bot purges where they clean out inactive or fake accounts, and it can hit smaller channels harder. It might not be anything you did, could just be the algorithm cleaning house on people who weren't really engaged anyway.
