I know everyone swears by the big name climbing ropes, but after a season on a Sterling HTP and then switching to a Teufelberger Sirius, the difference in handling was night and day for me.

My old gym's beat-up Sterling rope felt like dragging a wet noodle.

That Sterling rope at Adam's gym must have been from the 90s.

My old rope handles so poorly it's basically a safety hazard at this point.
