Vent: that whole Skyrail singalong thing got out of hand
Was stuck in that Gold Coast Skyrail carriage last month when someone started playing that 'Aussie Anthem' mashup on speaker, and the whole car joined in for like 10 minutes. My ears are still ringing, but honestly I kinda want to know if anyone else has had a random tourist moment turn into a full crowd thing, or was it just our cabin?

You said it "got out of hand" but honestly that sounds like the best possible outcome for a cable car ride. Ten minutes of strangers singing together beats ten minutes of awkward silence and phone scrolling any day. Yeah the speaker thing is a bit rude, I get that. But people joined in, that's the part you remember. That doesn't happen often. Sometimes you just gotta lean into the chaos and enjoy the moment instead of treating it like a problem.
