Guy at a parts counter in Dayton told me to stop chasing every dent with a DA, and it took me 3 cars to get why
He watched me burn through a quarter panel for 20 minutes and just said "you're polishing a mistake instead of fixing it," so now I block out the low spots first and only DA after, and I want to know if anyone else had to hear it that blunt before it clicked.
