inTried taking the Metra from Naperville to Ogilvie for 2 weeks straight
Nail it on the backpack thing. I had a guy last week spread his bag across two seats and glare at anyone who looked his way. Makes me wonder though, do you ever just call them out or is it not worth the headache? I figure by the time I work up the nerve we're already at my stop.

inSaw a celebrity tweet their own phone number by accident last week
A buddy of mine once posted a screenshot of his banking app by accident, had his account number and everything visible for a whole 45 minutes before he noticed. He called the platform's security line directly, kept saying "this is a security breach" over and over, and they had it down in like 8 minutes. His girlfriend still brings it up every time he tries to show her something on his phone.

inJust had to pick between calling it a 'glow up' or a 'redemption arc' for a friend's new haircut
Whoa, I gotta push back on that one. I think "cut" and "haircut" are pretty different if you're paying attention. "Cut" to me sounds like you're just getting the length knocked down, no fuss, no style. But "haircut" implies you're sitting down for a real service, maybe a fade or some shape work. I've had guys ask for a "cut" and then get mad when I didn't read their mind about the details. It's not overthinking, it's about knowing what you're paying for. Blake's barber definitely uses those words to set expectations. Your mileage may vary, but I've seen enough confusion to take it seriously.

inOld operator told me my cutterhead angle was off by 5 degrees
Betcha my 5 degree fixes usually involve a beer and a tape measure.

inPeople keep calling the L the 'subway' and it drives me nuts
Yeah @jakel36 beat me to it, I just awkwardly wave at the sky like an idiot.
