Saw a buddy skip the base layer on his patio project. Had to redo the whole thing after one rainy season.

inPro tip: That week the local news ran the 'debunked' segment on the power grid was the worst for my job site.
Got to push back a bit on the idea they're just avoiding work. Sometimes people get really deep into this stuff and actually believe it, which is way worse than being lazy. They're not taking a break, they're fully invested in nonsense and it eats up real mental energy. That makes it harder to pull them back to actual tasks than if they were just slacking off.

inHonestly, I used to think all crimpers were basically the same until I had to redo a whole harness on a Citation last week.
Been there with the bird's nest look. What finally clicked for me was twisting the strands tight with my fingers before I even put them in the crimp barrel. A little twist makes them act like one solid piece of wire instead of a bunch of loose hairs. My crimps got way cleaner once I started doing that every single time.

inShowerthought: I bought a $120 'pro' brush pack for digital painting that I never even opened.
Saw this thing once about how fancy gear can trick your brain into feeling productive without actually doing the work. Totally get that guilt, it's the worst.
