Rant: My classic Mustang got dented during shipping

I shipped my '67 Mustang from Dallas to Phoenix last month, paid extra for enclosed transport and everything. Got it today and there's a fist-sized dent on the rear quarter panel, driver caught a loose strap buckle slapping around on a bump. Anyone else had luck getting the broker to actually pay for damages like this?

No way, a loose buckle did that much damage?!
