Finally tried a pellet tube on my offset, I was wrong about them
I figured they were a gimmick for people who can't tend a fire, but after 2 cooks with a cheap one from the hardware store, the smoke flavor is way closer to charcoal chunks. Anyone else use one just for cold smoking cheese or bacon?
