Heard a podcast host say short videos are dead, got me second guessing
Was listening to some marketing podcast on the drive back from a job in Denton, and the host claimed anything under 60 seconds is basically invisible now unless you're already famous. I've been posting 30 second clips of project walkthroughs, and they do okay, but maybe the algorithm is burying them for length. Anyone else notice a shift after the last algorithm update, or is this guy just trying to sell his course?

Have you checked your actual watch time stats to see if views really dropped?
