I think the 'post three times a day' rule is a trap for small accounts

Last month, I tried to follow the common advice to post three times daily on my local history page. After two weeks, my reach dropped by 60% because the platform saw my content as spammy. I was in my home office in Cincinnati, just trying to keep up, and it backfired. The algorithm favors consistent quality over forced quantity, and flooding the feed hurts more than it helps. Has anyone else seen their numbers tank from posting too much?

Sometimes a wrecked engagement is a blessing in disguise. It forces you to see real problems you were ignoring. Better to find out now than after the wedding.
