Spent 11 days trying to find why my cat video died at 40k views before I checked the first 3 seconds
I kept blaming the audio and swapping songs, but the real issue was my intro, a slow zoom on my cat for 4 full seconds before anything happened. Once I cut it to start mid-pounce, the same clip got 2.1 million views on TikTok. Has anyone else found their whole flop was just a bad first frame?
