The customer who brought his bike in with the handlebars on backwards and asked if that was why it felt weird
He picked it up last week from a big box store in Fresno and rode it 6 blocks home like that. I fixed it in 2 minutes and he tipped me a $20, he thought I'd rebuilt the whole front end.
