Paid $15 for a show's streaming channel and it was the best money I ever wasted

My wife wanted to watch this one show, but it was only on its own special app. Cost $15 for a month. Figured we'd cancel after. Ended up binging the whole thing in two days. The show was so good we didn't even care about the money. Anyone else get sucked into a show on a platform you never use?

Totally get that. My buddy made me sign up for some anime service for a tournament arc show. Blew through 40 episodes in a weekend like it was nothing. The weird part is I still have the sub because they drop new seasons randomly. It's a sneaky trap but the content was fire.

Which show was it that got you hooked? I've been there with a couple of those tournament arcs, they're way too easy to binge. The random season drops are the worst, you finally cancel and then boom, new content appears. It's a smart move by them but man does it work.

Nah, I see it totally different. Those random drops are the best part. Keeps things fresh, not the same old weekly grind. Makes it feel like a surprise gift, not a trap. Honestly, if a show is good, who cares when they put it out? Just happy to get more.
