Tried getting my wife into The Bear and she bailed 5 minutes in, so I flipped to a baking show instead and now she's hooked
She said the kitchen yelling hit too close to home after my 12 hour moving days, so we switched to that British baking one and knocked out 4 episodes in a night. Has anyone else had to trade prestige drama for something lighter just to get their partner on board?

Two episodes of some murder show and my gf was out cold, so now we just watch the great british baking show every night and she actually stays awake. Something about nice people being nice to each other while making cakes just works. I stopped fighting it honestly, it's become our thing.
