Cracked the code on setting up Betrayal at House on the Hill in 10 minutes flat

Used to take me 25 minutes sorting all those room tiles and tokens. Found a tackle box with 12 small compartments at Walmart for $8 and now everything has a home. Anyone else got a clever storage hack that saved your game nights?

Bag system saves more space than boxes.

Are those bag systems hard to pack compared to just tossing stuff in a box? I always wondered if they're worth the hassle.
