My copy of Scythe's airship snapped clean off the base right out of the box last night
I was setting up for a solo game and the thing just came apart in my hand, so now I'm trying to find a tiny drill bit for a pin vice repair without wrecking the whole model.

That Scythe airship is basically a pre-assembled repair project.

People forget how much work goes into making something safe to take apart. A project airship needs a full systems check before you even touch the tools. You have to verify every pressure valve and seal, or you're just buying a fancy, grounded balloon. That's a huge hidden cost in both time and money.

My buddy Mark had the same thing happen with his airship last month. He spent a whole weekend trying to glue the strut back on and it just kept failing. It really killed his mood to play the game for a while.
