That $40 belt grinder attachment saved my forearms in Seattle

Last month I was burning through flap discs on a 6 inch pipe fit-up job, and my forearms felt like wet rope by noon. A older guy on site lent me a small radius attachment for my belt grinder, cost him like $40 off Amazon, and it let me blend those root passes without fighting the curve. Has anyone else found a cheap add-on that cut their finishing time way down?
