My Monstera turned pink after 6 weeks with a grow light hack

I put my sad Monstera under a cheap 20 dollar red and blue LED panel from Amazon that I bought for my seedlings. I only meant to keep it alive through the Minnesota winter, but after 6 weeks the new leaf came in with these soft pink streaks. I figured it was a fluke, so I moved the plant 3 feet away and the next leaf went back to plain green. Has anyone else seen variegation pop up from artificial light, or did I just get lucky with a sport mutation?
