That 'influencer apology' from the skincare brand actually made me buy more

I rolled my eyes when Glow Theory posted that video apology after the whole expired serum mess last month. The CEO sat there with shaky hands and said 'we let our community down' and I was like sure, here comes the legal team script. But then they posted the actual batch test results from the third-party lab in Ohio, not just a screenshot, and offered refunds plus store credit without asking for a signed NDA. That transparency clicked for me after I'd been burned by two other brands who just deleted comments and ghosted. Any chance this means more companies might follow the receipts-over-words approach, or am I kidding myself?
