Used to draft apology posts for 2 days before hitting send, now I post within an hour

I used to write, rewrite, and run every brand apology by 3 people before posting it, and by then the internet had already moved on and made things worse. Now I draft it once, sleep on it, then post it straight from my phone the next morning, like I did after our shipping delay mess in March. Does posting fast actually help, or does it just look like you didn't think it through?
