Made the same mistake with my brother over Logan Paul. I told him no way that dude sticks around after the forest thing, and now he won't let me forget it every time Logan shows up on my feed. So I feel your pain, and honestly Dana earned that 50 bucks the same way my brother earned the right to be annoying forever. Stuff like this always reminds me that the internet has the memory of a goldfish when there's money to be made. Guess you better just pay up and take the L with some grace, right?

Honestly I have to disagree here, the math works out but the taste just is not there for me. I tried the cheap bag thing too and every dish came out kinda flat and sad, so I ended up using twice as much to get any onion flavor at all. A fresh onion chopped up and tossed in a pan actually smells like food, and that matters more to me than saving a buck fifty. Sounds more like a storage problem though, mine keep way longer than 10 days in a cool dark spot away from the potatoes.
