Shoutout to my coworker who thinks lentils are boring
Lentils get a bad rap for being dull, but I disagree. My coworker always rolls her eyes when I bring them for lunch, but my spicy lentil stew is a hit at potlucks. It's cheap and full of flavor.

Honestly it's all about how you season them. A little cumin and some chili powder changes everything. My boring lentils became my favorite lunch real fast.
