Can we talk about how my 8 month old journal turned into a graveyard of unfinished trackers?
I set up 14 different trackers in January (water, sleep, mood, steps, you name it) because some YouTuber swore it was the only way to stay on top of stuff. By March 3rd I was flipping past 9 blank pages of grids a day just to find my grocery list, and I finally snapped. I grabbed a black pen, drew one fat X through every tracker page, and taped a single sticky note to the inside cover that says 'stop kidding yourself.' Now the journal is half blank but I actually use it again, which feels like a dumb win. So what's the tracker you finally killed, and did you rip the pages out or just bury them?
Wait, did you really need 14 trackers to know if you drank water that day? I've killed a few habit trackers myself but I just left the blank pages there, ripping them out felt like too much work for something I already gave up on.
