The $8 notebook vs the $30 one - I finally picked a side
I spent six months using a $8 spiral bound notebook for my bullet journal and then six months with a $30 hardcover dotted one. Thought the expensive one would fix all my problems with bleeding ink and messy layouts. Turns out the cheap one worked better for me because I was actually willing to scribble and mess up in it. The fancy one sat there looking pretty while I barely used it because I was afraid to ruin it. Now I stick with the $8 ones and just accept some ghosting on the pages. Has anyone else found that price can actually hurt your bujo habit?
