Warning: a guy at the Portland meetup said my weekly spread was 'just a to do list in a costume' and I still think about it
Is a weekly spread still bullet journaling if you design it once and copy it every Sunday, or does the method only count when you build each page from scratch?

Portland meetup guy sounds like he peaked in 2018 when he hand drew his first mood tracker. A to do list in a costume is still a to do list that gets done, which beats a pretty blank page every week.
