Pro tip: A customer in Omaha told me my pork shoulder cuts were too thick for their smoker... now I always ask about their gear first.

My uncle tried to build a deck with a cheap cordless drill from a discount store. The bit snapped on the second lag bolt, and he had to buy a whole new kit. Sometimes the tool really does make the job.

That's just good customer service. People forget how much the right tool matters for the job.

The hardware store near me charges forty bucks just to look at a stripped screw.
