Grateful for a little helper during a basement install
Was pulling cable in a cramped basement. Homeowner's kid followed me around. Kinda awkward but he was curious. He pointed out a loose floorboard. Hidden conduit was right behind it. Now I listen to everyone on site. Even kids can have good eyes.

Value those fresh eyes the most.

Used to think having kids around a job site was just asking for trouble. Tbh, that conduit story hit me hard because I've walked past similar spots a dozen times. Now I make a point to chat with anyone hanging around, and you'd be surprised what they notice. Honestly changed how I work on every install now.

Yeah, that's the real shift @the_sarah is talking about. It's not just about safety, it's about finding the hidden problems you're too close to see. Turning every bystander into a second set of eyes makes the whole job better.
