PSA: That $35 'universal' lens spanner wrench set is garbage, snapped on my first attempt
Tried opening a stuck 50mm front ring and the pin bent at maybe 10 pounds of pressure, so just buy the $80 adjustable one from a real tool shop and save yourself the hassle.

Bought that same set last year thinking I was being smart saving cash. Then the pin snapped off inside the ring and I spent two hours digging it out with a needle. Wish I'd seen this post back then, would've saved me the headache.
