Seeing more shops do repair estimates over video calls
It cuts down on wait times for customers. We gotta be real clear explaining fixes without the camera in hand though.

Yeah, the "without the camera in hand" part is the real trick. It feels so different from pointing at the thing together.

Is it just me or does every video estimate turn into a weird game of charades? You're just sitting there going "you see that weird bit, no not that bit, the other weird bit" for twenty minutes. I mean it saves time but idk if I'm saving my sanity.
