Watched a guy in Dallas strip a Rolleiflex screw with a power driver, now I hand every customer tool back
I was at a camera swap in Dallas last month and watched a guy pull out a cordless driver on the film door screws of a Rolleiflex 3.5, and every one of them rounded off before he even felt it bite. He kept going, said the screws were soft, and I just stood there thinking about the four cameras on my own bench I could've ruined the same way. So my question is, do you let customers hand you their tools while a repair is happening, or do you shut that down the second they walk in?
