Bought a $12 screen recorder to save a YouTuber's meltdown video before he deleted it
Last Tuesday a creator I liked started going off in a livestream about getting dropped by his sponsor, and I had a feeling he would nuke the whole thing by morning. I paid $12 for a screen recorder, grabbed the clip, and sure enough it vanished from his channel by 8am. Now I'm wondering if anyone here keeps backups of the messy stuff before creators scrub it, or do you just screenshot and move on?

My screen recorder budget is basically zero so I just sit there with my phone like a dork filming my laptop screen. Your $12 was way smarter than my shaky cam method.
