TIL a $200 resume review was the best career money I ever burned
I paid a recruiter $200 last spring to tear apart my resume after 40 applications got me zero calls. She cut it from two pages to one, killed my old job duties, and told me to stop listing every tool I ever touched, and three weeks later I had two interviews in Denver. Has anyone else paid for career help like this, or did I just get lucky with the right person?

That money was well spent, my resume writer did the same thing and calls started coming.
