I noticed a huge difference in carpet seams after switching to a different blade

Been using standard utility blades for years and always had a little fuzz on my seams. Then I tried a serrated trim blade about 6 months ago from a supply shop in Denver. The seams come out way smoother now and I don't have to go back with scissors as much. Anyone else made the switch to serrated blades for seaming?

Wait, Denver has a supply shop that sells serrated trim blades?

I have to respectfully disagree on that one. Most of the big box stores here in Denver stopped carrying them a couple years ago, and the few mom and pop shops that do stock them run out quick every time they get a shipment. You might be better off ordering online if you actually need a serrated blade for a project anytime soon.
