My buddy said celebs don't even run their own accounts, and now every celeb apology video looks fake to me
We were watching that video where a singer typed a whole rant at 3am and blamed the hacker, and he said most of those posts come from a team in an office. So now when I see a famous person tweet a typo I just wonder if the intern got yelled at, does anyone else think about this?
My old roommate worked at a small PR firm and she had to log into a client's Twitter every morning and post "rise and grind" type stuff with a coffee cup photo. One day she mixed up two clients and posted a fitness post on a makeup brand's page. She said her boss called her and she sat in the bathroom for 20 minutes thinking she would get fired. They deleted it in like 90 seconds and nobody online even noticed, but she was a wreck. So yeah, when I see a celeb tweet with a weird typo or some random football take, I picture some 24 year old panicking at a desk. The 3am rant thing is probably real sometimes but a whole lot of it is just people with a login and a content plan.
