Why is it that following a tutorial makes your brain completely shut off? I spent like 3 hours last month watching some guy explain functions, nodding along like I got it, then closed the video and couldn't write a single line. The second I opened a blank file and just tried stuff myself, it clicked in like 15 minutes. Something about copying someone else's steps just turns me into a zombie.
