Just learned the hard way about grind size

Too fine a grind makes coffee unbearably bitter.

Watched my buddy make coffee with a super fine grind last week. He took one sip and made a face like he was chewing on aspirin. Had to throw the whole pot out.

Actually a super fine grind is the best way to get full flavor. Bitterness usually comes from water that's too hot, not the grind itself. People just blame the grind because it's an easy target.

Wait but have you actually tried a super fine grind @kevin_singh32? In my experience it gets bitter no matter the water temp, just over-extracts way too fast.
